Find the right size
Use "Find My Size" for the best starting point. Don't automatically size down. Too small can feel restrictive, create pressure lines, roll upward or push everything into a new bulge.
How should it feel?
It should feel snug and supportive: noticeably tighter than a normal undershirt, but not painful or difficult to breathe in. If normal breathing or movement feels restricted, the fit is too tight.
How to put it on
- Pull the tank on gradually instead of yanking it from the hem.
- Position the fabric evenly across your chest and stomach.
- Pull the longer hem fully below your belly and tuck it into your pants when possible.
How to wear it
Wear it directly under your T-shirt, polo or dress shirt. Make sure the tank sits flat against your body before putting your outer shirt on.

Step in, then pull up
Step into the tank and pull it up gradually from the side panels. Do not pull hard on the neckline or shoulder straps.

Position the compression panels
Center the double-layer panel over your chest. Smooth the lower panels across your belly and love handles.

Pull down and tuck the long hem
Pull the tank completely below your waist, then tuck the long hem inside your pants to help keep it flat and prevent roll-up.

Check the fit under your clothes
Make sure the neckline, armholes and hem lie flat before dressing. It should feel snug, but you should still be able to breathe and move normally.
